This week I will discuss two shameful disorders that everyone may have heard from. It involves the diseases hemorrhoids and
varicose veins. I will discuss the causes and the treatment of the diseases.
Hemorrhoids
Piles (haemorrhoids) are
not varicose veins, as sometimes thought. Hemorrhoids
are caused by a swelling of the lining of the anus. Basically
everyone has hemorrhoids: they
are small cavernosa in the rectum to ensure that there is no relief leaking from the anus. The complaint may cause
various side effects such as itching
or blood loss. Sometimes the complaint
can also be felt as lumps around the anus. The complaint is generally caused by engorgement with hard
stools (hard stools or hard presses). A good
bowel movement is important to prevent
hemorrhoids.

Varicose veins
Varicose
veins can
be caused by many factors. Some
(such as a congenital instance), you have no influence, but others do!
These are the five main causes:
- Many women get varicose veins if they are pregnant. Another cause is hormone fluctuations that can affect the appearance of varicose veins.
- Your profession:
Especially when you have prolonged sitting or standing, the risk of varicose veins increases. - Overweight
Many excess pounds add extra pressure on the valves so that varicose veins can occur. - Lack of exercise
When the muscles get too little action, the veins have little incentive to drain the blood up
